How to order:

Please place your order through the online store. You can be creative with your own combination of charms and those that most resonate with you. If there is a particular combination that you would like that is not shown please get in touch and I would be happy to create it for you.

Please feel free to Whatsapp me on 07931 461138. I’m more than than happy to answer any questions you may have or help give advice.

Lead time:

Each piece of jewellery will be made to order.  Please allow 5 days for the creation and postage of your item. If you have a shorter deadline please let me know and I will always try my best to accommodate it.

Gift Wrap:

All jewellery will arrive in a beautiful branded pouch and box, ready for gifting.

Delivery:

I currently only ship within the UK and all orders will be sent free of charge via a first class signed for service.

Returns/Refunds/Cancellations:

Returns must be received within 14 days of receipt.  Jewellery must be unworn and returned in its original packaging please.

Please use a signed for postal service for all returns to avoid any lost items.
